COPE, J.

The State appeals an order granting a sworn motion to dismiss drug trafficking charges on grounds of entrapment. We reverse.

I.

Defendant-appellee Roberto E. Figuereo was arrested after purchasing two kilos of cocaine from an undercover detective. Claiming entrapment, defendant filed a sworn motion to dismiss the charges under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.190(c)(4), which authorizes dismissal where "[t]here are no material disputed...
