This case comes before us on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court. In this civil writ application, relators challenge the trial court's denial of their exception of no cause of action and alternative motion for summary judgment. At issue is whether respondent has a cause of action for negligent interference with contractual relations resulting in physical damage. For the reasons that follow, we hold that it does not have a cause of action under the facts...
