Appellant, Jamie Dearing, appeals a final summary judgment in favor of appellee, General Motors Acceptance Corporation [GMAC]. We reverse.

This case arose when Dearing sued GMAC, Jason Redditt, Robert Redditt and John Hodak following a car accident in which she was seriously injured.
