Charged with burglary of a habitation with two enhancements, appellant, Thomas Douglas Bond, filed a pretrial motion to suppress identification testimony. After a pretrial hearing, the trial court denied the motion. During the trial, appellant changed his plea to guilty, with an agreed recommendation from the State.
