We review the recommendation of the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) that Judge Richard H. Frank,1 retired Chief Judge of the Second District Court of Appeal, be reprimanded for violating Canons 1, 2, and 3 of the Code of Judicial Conduct. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 12, Fla.
