In this defamation action, the defendants' notification to insurance policyholders of a class action lawsuit against New York Life Insurance Company is claimed to have defamed the plaintiff, a selling agent for the company. Following the trial court's rejection of defendants' motion for summary judgment, we granted supervisory writs of review.
