¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Fayette County on November 24, 1999. Appellants sought compensatory damages under the Pennsylvania Wrongful Death and Survival Acts in their individual capacities and as representatives of the estates of their husbands. Summary judgment was granted in favor of all defendants except security guard James Silbaugh and Globe Securities Systems, Inc. on February 27, 1996...
