The only question to be resolved in this case is whether absence from the state serves to toll the statute of limitations when substituted service of process can be made within the state upon the absent party. Laurinda Michelle Ryel (Ryel) relies upon Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 1-3-116 (Lexis 1999) as tolling the statute of limitations because of the absence from the state of Jennifer S. Anderies (Anderies).
