Pursuant to a plea agreement, the appellant, Roythron Blake, pleaded guilty to the unlawful possession of marijuana in the first degree, a violation of § 13A-12-213, Ala.Code 1975, and to the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, namely cocaine, a violation of § 13A-12-212, Ala.
