("Continental"), appeals a final order of the trial court granting summary judgment and awarding prevailing attorney's fees to appellee, Lakes at La Paz III Limited ("La Paz"). We find that the entry of summary judgment and the granting of attorney's fees were proper and, therefore, affirm.
