At issue is whether Cremeens presented substantial evidence that the City, acting through Fire Chief R.W. Grier and Deputy Fire Chief J.L. Fulmer,1 wrongfully terminated Cremeens's employment with the Montgomery Fire Department because of his membership in Montgomery Firefighters Association...
