The plaintiffs, Dawna and Avery Stichberry, filed suit against the defendant, Frances Suzanne Curry Bankston Nolan, for damages based on claims of breach of contract and redhibition involving the sale of a house. The trial court found in favor of the Stichberrys and awarded $12,233.16 in damages. On appeal, Ms. Nolan asserts that the Stichberrys' claim of redhibition is prescribed and that the trial court erred in finding redhibitory defects in the roof...
