¶ 1. The State charged David E. Crawford with felony sex crimes involving three different victims, two of whom were under fourteen years of age. The Tate County grand jury returned a true bill on the multi-count indictment, and Crawford filed a waiver of arraignment and entered a plea of not guilty.
