Dorothy Nicole ("Nikki") Summers, a minor child, by and through her next friend and mother, Johnnie Dawson, and her parents, Johnnie Dawson and Timothy Summers, M.D. (collectively the plaintiffs) filed against St. Andrew's Episcopal School, Inc.
