This appeal arises out of an automobile accident in which a vehicle owned by Desselle Funeral Home (DFH) and operated by its employee, Isaac Ponds, struck a vehicle driven by plaintiff, Nettie Millican. Millican subsequently filed suit against Ponds, DFH, and its insurer, Commercial Union Insurance Company, claiming she sustained various injuries as a result of the accident.
