Plaintiff alleges that she was tripped by an unknown patron while walking through a narrow and crowded area of the casino's gaming floor. Without presenting evidence of the configuration of its gaming tables or the number of patrons on the floor, the casino moved for summary judgment. The trial court ruled that plaintiff failed to oppose the motion for summary judgment with evidence in support of her claim for a defect in the layout of the gaming tables...
