This proceeding is before the Court on a petition to review the referee's findings of fact and recommendation that Joe Rawls Wolfe's petition for reinstatement to the practice of law be denied. In 1995, Wolfe was suspended from the practice of law for three years. See Florida Bar v. Wolfe, 664 So.2d 250 (Fla.1995). We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const.
