Holiday Inns, Inc., appeals the judgment of the trial court awarding Mary Gray $24,000.00 in damages for a slip and fall accident.

FACTS

Mary Gray was a hotel guest at a Holiday Inn on October 7, 1993. The water temperature suddenly increased while she was taking a shower.
