¶ 1 Appellant, Otis Thomas, appeals from the order entered June 1, 1999, granting summary judgment in favor of Defendant/Appellee West Bend Co. ("West Bend"). The primary issue in this case is whether the trial court abused its discretion in finding that an expert opinion was inadmissible under Frye v. United States1 and its progeny. We affirm.
