Charles O. Hill sued in the Colbert Circuit Court to recover benefits under the Alabama Workers' Compensation Act for injuries he had sustained in the course of his employment by Fluor Contractors International ("Fluor") at a job site in Gallatin, Tennessee. The trial court awarded Hill $13,578.60 in compensation and attorney fees of $2,036.79. Fluor appealed; the Court of Civil Appeals affirmed the judgment of the trial court, without an opinion...
