Gerald Lake (Claimant) appeals from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing in part and vacating in part the Workers' Compensation Judge's (WCJ) order. The WCJ denied the termination petition filed by Whiteford National Lease (Employer) and sua sponte suspended Claimant's workers' compensation benefits upon determining that Claimant had returned to work at wages equivalent to those earned from his time of injury job...
