¶ 1 Christopher Berry appeals from the order denying his petition for relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa.C.S. §§ 9541-9546. On September 4, 1983, Berry's uncle, Reginald Wilkins, ordered him to kill Melvin Langley; Langley had supposedly stolen from Wilkins.
