BYRNES, Judge.

Appellant, Stephen Hill, was charged with first and second degree assault, use of a handgun in commission of a crime of violence, and carrying a handgun. A jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County found him guilty of second degree assault. Appellant was sentenced to five years incarceration with all but two years suspended.
