BYRNES, Judge.

Appellant, Stephen Hill, was charged with first and second degree assault, use of a handgun in commission of a crime of violence, and carrying a handgun. A jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County found him guilty of second degree assault. Appellant was sentenced to five years incarceration with all but two years suspended. This sentence was later reduced to eighteen months, to be served...
