Darryl A. Henderson appeals the trial court's imposition of a standard range sentence of 41 months upon resentencing which was necessitated by misinformation at the original sentencing, which led to the miscalculation of his standard range. We hold that when "specific performance" is the remedy selected by the defendant, the prosecutor is bound to make the recommendation it agreed to make, but the court is not required to sentence according to that...
