I concur. Jose Acosta was charged in 1992 with one count of sexual battery on a minor less than twelve years old and one count of lewd and lascivious behavior with the same victim. The state and Acosta ultimately reached a plea agreement by which he was sentenced to fifteen years in state prison followed by ten years...
