John Thistle appeals the summary denial of his motion for jail time credit filed pursuant to Rule 3.800(a), Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. After Thistle was convicted of felony DUI, he alleges that he received a split sentence of incarceration followed by probation. Neither the state nor the trial court dispute that assertion.
