On March 10, 1998, Curtis Anthony Correia was a passenger in a pick-up truck operated by defendant, Kenneth Sherry. Curtis died as a result of injuries he sustained when the vehicle left the roadway and collided with a large boulder. At the time of his death, Curtis was 18 years old and a senior at Lenape Valley Regional High School. This wrongful death action was initiated by the decedent's mother on behalf of herself, Curtis's father, his two brothers...
