The Director of Revenue appeals from the judgment of the trial court setting aside the suspension of Rosetta Lasley's driving privileges. The Director argues that he established his prima facie case and, specifically, that he established that Ms. Lasley's blood alcohol concentration was .10% or greater. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
