The Petitioner, Dick Enterprises (Dick), appeals first from an order of the Board of Claims which awarded it $104,578.80 out of a claim for approximately 3.3 million dollars it alleged it was owed by the Department of Transportation (DOT), and secondly from an order of the Board of Claims which denied its post-trial motions.
