This appeal involves the validity of a pipeline easement granted by appellant City of Lubbock (the City) to the Texas Pipeline Company some 50 years ago. In the appeal, the City challenges a summary judgment in favor of appellees, Texas Pipeline Company as well as Phillips Petroleum Company and Shamrock Pipeline Company, who are also involved in the operation of the pipeline constructed on the easement...
