The Defendant, Frank H. Coleman, is again before the court appealing his habitual offender adjudication. In State v. Coleman, 96-525 (La.App. 3 Cir. 10/7/98); 720 So.2d 381, this court vacated his sentence and his adjudication as a habitual offender because of the trial court's failure to advise him of his rights before accepting his admission to his habitual offender status.
