Harold Eugene Brown appeals convictions for attempted first degree murder with a firearm and for "felony causing bodily injury" proscribed by section 782.051(2), Florida Statutes (1997). He contends that these convictions, taken together, violate the state and federal prohibitions against double jeopardy, because they stem from a single act the Legislature...
