Respondent Amy Leigh Hartz ("Hartz") filed a complaint for personal injuries arising from an automobile accident against appellant Angela Gittings ("Gittings"). The matter was referred for mandatory court-annexed arbitration pursuant to the Nevada Arbitration Rules.
