This petition for certiorari review is brought by the unsuccessful applicant for zoning special exceptions and variances. The circuit court, appellate division summarily denied certiorari review and thus confirmed the denial of the application by the Community Zoning Appeals Board of Miami-Dade County. We conclude that the applicant did not present sufficient, competent evidence to satisfy its burden of showing that its request met the applicable standards...
