¶ 1. This case is an appeal from the Circuit Court of Coahoma County, Honorable Kenneth L. Thomas presiding. Patrick McAdory was convicted of three counts of aggravated assault, sentences in counts 2 and 3 to run concurrently to the sentence in count 1, and count 1 to run consecutively to any and all previous sentences.
