This is an appeal from a final order of the county court denying an award of attorney's fees to the defendant/appellant, U.S. Security Insurance Company ("US Security"), in a case where the plaintiff/appellee, Liliana Cahuasqui ("Cahuasqui"), sought but was denied personal injury protection ("PIP") benefits.
