This is an appeal from an order denying a motion to vacate a void final judgment. We reverse.

Appellee filed a suit for fraudulent lien and slander of title against M.L. Builders, Inc. and its president, Matthew Ward, individually. Service of process was never effected on Ward. Although several attorneys filed pleadings on behalf of M.L. Builders and Ward, the record discloses that those attorneys were retained for M.L. Builders but had no authority...
