¶ 1. In September of 1994, Moses Dabney, III and Jason Phalo were convicted of murdering Eddie Wilson, Jr. Dabney's and Phalo's convictions were reversed and remanded to the circuit court. See Dabney v. State, 717 So.2d 733 (Miss.1998). Dabney, tried separately from Phalo in the second trial, was convicted of murder and sentenced to life in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections...
