Opinion by Chief Justice CORNELIUS.

A jury convicted Kirkland Lamar Warren of the second degree felony of delivery of one gram or more but less than four grams of cocaine, by actual delivery.1 Warren's punishment, enhanced by a prior felony conviction, was set by the jury at fifty years' imprisonment.
