Presently before the Court is Defendants' motion for reconsideration of the Court's 3 November 1999 verdict, judgment and order finding that Defendants Calhoun and Marcus had violated Plaintiff Gaston's Constitutional rights, rendering those Defendants liable to Plaintiff pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and awarding to Plaintiff damages of $4221.40, plus prejudgment interest, post-judgment interest...
