Bernard Robertson (Appellant) appeals the summary denial of his motion for postconviction relief, pursuant to rule 3.850, Florida Rules of Criminal Procedure. We affirm, without discussion, the denial of his first two grounds for relief, but reverse and remand as to the third ground.
