The People ask us to reverse the court of appeals' ruling that defendant-respondent Robert C. Johnson (Johnson) was entitled to a sentence reduction under his plea agreement. The court of appeals ordered the reduction after concluding that the District Attorney (DA) breached the agreement by refusing to perform a polygraph examination on Johnson.
