WILLIAMS, Judge.

The plaintiff, Bernie Russum, appeals the trial court's judgment granting a peremptory exception of no cause of action filed by the defendant, Piggly Wiggly Red River Company, Inc. (Piggly Wiggly),1 and dismissing the plaintiff's lawsuit. For the following reasons, we reverse the trial court's judgment and remand the case for further proceedings.
