McMILLIN, C.J., for the Court:

¶ 1. This case comes before the Court as an appeal from a denial of unemployment benefits to Billy R. Douglas by the Board of Review of the Mississippi Employment Security Commission. The circuit court reversed the decision of the Board of Review and ordered Douglas's benefits to commence. The Commission perfected this appeal. We reverse and render the judgment of the circuit court.
