[¶ 1] Randall and Karen Morin appeal from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Androscoggin County, Atwood J.) affirming a deficiency judgment entered in the District Court (Lewiston, Gorman, J.) in favor of Hilltop Community Sports Center, Inc. in the amount of $17,298. The judgment reflects the amount owed, as evidenced by a promissory note, after the personal property securing the note had been sold and the proceeds applied...
