OPINION.

MARTONE, Justice.

¶ 1 We are asked to decide whether civil actions subject to mandatory court annexed arbitration are nevertheless still subject to the time deadlines imposed by Rule V(e), Uniform Rules of Practice of the Superior Court of Arizona. We hold that they are.
