While being investigated as a possible runaway, the juvenile respondent gave a false last name to the interrogating police officer, thus requiring further inquiry to ascertain her identity. We conclude that these facts justify the finding that she was guilty of resisting an officer without violence, notwithstanding that she told the officer her correct name after he had already discovered it. § 843.02, Fla.
