In this workers' compensation matter, the employer, Libbey Glass, Inc., appeals a judgment awarding supplemental earnings benefits, penalties and attorney fees to the claimant, Charlynn Baker. The claimant answered the appeal, alleging that the workers' compensation judge erred in finding that claimant failed to prove a compensable mental injury and in refusing to award temporary total disability benefits.
