Doyon Universal Services and Alaska National Insurance Company (collectively, "Doyon") appeal the determination of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board that Lawrence Allen's small bowel obstruction was work-connected and that the Brussels sprouts he ingested at Doyon's facility were a "substantial factor" in causing his disability.
