V.J. Usina Contracting, Inc. ["Usina"] appeals a summary final judgment entered in favor of Post, Buckley, Schuh & Jernigan, Inc. ["Post Buckley"], one of three defendants below. Because we agree with the lower court that the claims are time barred, we affirm.
